OK, so I'm in Wintergrasp and for whatever random reason I'm the leader
of the party; about 5 min into the battle I get a whisper from some guy
asking me to put him in the group. I say the group is full (I tried to
add him and was told I couldn't). He says, "If anyone is under 80 kick
them off and put me on." I didn't have the time (as I was getting my
ass handed to me by a BE Pally who had somehow gotten up onto the tower
and was killing me while I was sitting at a cannon) to explain to him
that as I understood it, everyone in that battle was an 80.
Now, the thing is, everyone in my party was a 'lock. Luck of the draw.
Given the chaotic nature of things, I suppose it doesn't really mater
what the constituency is of any given party, but as the guy/gal asking
was a DK it seemed a logical thing to consider.
Hrm, that seems to indicate to me that you were in a 5man party, since I
can't imagine you were with 39 other warlocks.
Hit o, click the Raid tab, and click "Convert to Raid", and you'll be able
to have up to 40 people in your war party.
The same thought had occured to me, but then, he said that they were in the
group to farm the 10 things you need to collect. Would these still drop in a
raid? If not, then that would be ample reason for a 5-person group.
All of the Wintergrasp quests are raid quests.
Ah, thanks about that. I wasn't sure on the collection one.
In that case, forming a raid would have been an easy option for the OP.
