MMO-Champion has posted a few gold making guides the past couple of
days. Tonight they posted a glyph guide using QA2. I wonder if you can
cash in on this selling herbs and Books of Glyph Mastery for a good
profit.

Given that MMO-Chamipon is a very popular site I think a lot of people
are trying to follow his suggestions.

Fully expecting the glyphs market to crash over the next few days, seems
ok right now at least but it won't last long :-/ Time to find another
way to make money for a bit!

On last week The Instance podcast, the point was made that, outside
major game changes, the prices of most AH items on most servers
gradually falls over time. This was in the context of a comment that
it makes no sense to stockpile mats; it works out cheaper to sell them
as soon as you get them, and buy them when you need them.

Azeroth runs a deflationary economy. Curious.

I heard that same podcast and I don't agree with them as they are
basing this on their server, Earthen Ring, which has one of the most
screwed up economies of any server I've played on. Gathering items
that you would normally make a profit on when on other servers, you
can't make a profit on in ER, particularly on the horde side. As an
example, let's say i take up the skinning skill and try to sell light
leather, on ER I won't get more than 60 silver a stack, if I'm lucky
as oftern floods will cause the price to drop to 20 silver a stack.
On Azjol Nerob I can get anywhere from 1-2 gold a stack, actually I
can sometimes get that on the alliance side of ER. A stack of copper
bars, no more than 1 gold on ER horde side, on Thunderhorn Alliance
side, anywhere from 5-18 gold. Also the undercutting on the AH in
nothing like on other servers, most people who undercut do so by
probably 5-10%, on ER, it's commonly 50%. Point is that the economy
on the server the instance guys play on is totally different from
other servers so anything they attempt to say regarding the economy on
WoW I would question.
