Yeah, and the same people who complain about that sort of thing will
wait twenty minutes to be summoned to a dungeon that they could take ten
minutes to walk to.
I'd personally say it's the same people who wait for summons that are
the same ones who don't trouble to look up tactics etc too. laziness
tends to affect all things.
Personally when I was raiding I was always* outside the instance 10 mins
before the raid was due to start, with all required reagents, buffs etc,
and having read the tactics for bosses I expected us to try that day.
Sadly there was always 2-3 others who were missing at least one of those
elements and kept the rest of us waiting.
*I was once late, that time being when I'd had such a bad cold it was
more like flu, went to bed the night before still pretty ill, woke up
some 15 hours later realising the raid was due to start 10 mins ago... I
think that was a fair reason for being late! And I wasn't the last to
log on even then :-P
