I use an LDB addon called Broker_SoulShards. I've also used one calle ShooShards in the past.

I use one called "Shard" from curse.com. Very unobtrusive and does a
perfect job. I set it to 10, and one I reach 10 Shards, all others
are automatically destroyed.

Now I just wish there was an addon to silence that bloody Imp minion!
