Cloth turn ins aren't bad. Doing the summer festival quests take a bit of
travelling but give nice XP as well. The christmas lore quest in IF gives
good XP for a couple of runs back and forth IF.

Since it's now possible to fly at 60 and learn cold weather flying at 68 if
you have a level 80 character, my level 72 warlock took a little time
discovering all the zones in Northrend. Apart from the achievment and most
flight points (all the unphased ones), that also netted my more than half a
level's worth of XP.

There's also the food recipe quests in Westfal and Loch Modan, but only if you already have all the required materials on older characters, or ... I had most of the stuff, so I sent my Hunter to grind the rest, which was pretty fast. ...
