Warlock Add-on

I seem to remember reading somewhere recently that there was an add-on
that automatically destroyed soul shards. I've done a bit of a search
through here but can't find it (maybe just not looking hard enough, or
I was just imagining things), hoping that someone might be able to
tell me the name of it.
I never included soul drain into my rotation because my bags kept
filling up with shards, so only very rarely use it anymore. But have
done some playing around on my lock to try and include it in, and it
definitely has it's benifits, particulary the mana return bit -
however, still end up with a bucket load of shards.
On a side note, why the heck won't blizz change soul shards so they
are stackable??? Then I (and I assume lots of other people) wouldn't
have this problem.
