Mages are highly gear dependent, especially arcane mages. Try frostfire bolt
for more DPS at your gear level. On the flip side, mages do well when geared
well. I only do 25-man raiding anymore, but I'm consistently one of the
highest DPSers and almost always the highest caster-class DPS.
What spec would the frostfire be and what talent points would be
better to take. Its all in the talent points.
