Firefighter (hard mode Mimiron)

Mimiron's 10 man hard mode, Firefighter, just kicked my ass today. If
you have managed to complete this achievement, I'd love to hear about
it, because, holy cow, it was hard - we never made it to phase 3, and
only made it to phase 2 twice with everyone alive, out of like 20
tries.

Basically, if you've done this fight, how did you manage the fire, and
how did you manage to keep everyone close enough together, so that you
could heal through the raid damage?

The +25% damage multiplier of hard mode doesn't sound like a lot on
paper, but it made a big difference when we were attempting it,
especially when it came to healing through the raid damage. My raid
was in near full 25 man Ulduar gear, and I have to say, I don't know
how a 10 man only guild could do this fight, at this time.
