Hacked again this morning, password and email changed. Scanned pC with a
number of scanners and its clean as a whistle (as it should be).

If your machine is compromised, you will not get useful results back from
a
scan run on the machine itself. Malware these days will either hide itself
from the scanners, or silently make the scan results negative.

Last time blizzard told me the hackers have my secret answer. I found this
amazing as ive never ever used it online in all the years ive been
playing.
Am really starting to think that blizZ themselfs have been compromised
sometime in the past now.

If that was the case, everyone would be getting their accounts stolen at
random. At a guess, you may have used your secret answer while recovering
from a previous hack. Or maybe the answer was guessable from other things
stolen from your machine. Or they're just guessing.

He has already admitted that he used his "mothers maiden name" for the
secret question. In most countries this inforation is readily available from
public records.

Your birth is registered, and records your mother. You mother's wedding is
registered and records her maiden name.

All the hackers have to do is to link your account name to you personally,
so they know who to research.

I know it sounds a bit ott but ive never ever used this secret answer
online. Also they tell me they cant change it, which is amazing.

You may have never actively used it online, but the information is certainly
already published. Google has probably already collated all this information
about you.
