I dunno. You can argue that no one *needs* it...after all, we've gotten by
this long without it. :)

No, I mean you literally have no use for it as a leveler. You can't fly
until 70, but if you're leveling now you probably left outland at 68 for
Northrend, where you can't fly until 77. Don't spend the money on flying
until you can fly in Northrend. There's no point. *
