A modest leveling guild for Human Pallies

One problem I see with WoW is that new players cannot easily take
advantage of different professions because by the time you finally get
skilled enough, you have 'outgrown' many of the items. It seems that
professions are designed to help players lower than you in level.
If you have a rich (rich=high level) uncle (or aunt), then they can
feed you money or gear to help you. But, of course, a new player is
unlikely to have such a relationship. (And as for buying gold, I'm
not even gonna go there!).
The only other alternative is to find a guild. But finding the
'correct' guild can be troublesome as well, and most are not too
involved with gearing you up at the lower levels.
So I have a new 'model' for a guild: one that provide decent gear to
members about every five levels or so. In return, the player receives
an almost complete set of gear as well as some rings, sharpening
stones, armor kits, and food bufs. Stuff they can't use (or don't
want to use), they can sell or put in the Auction House.
The guild is not concerned with raiding, PvP, running you through
instances, or providing a lot of training or help. It just gives you
gear (up to about level 60; after that, you have to do it the old
fashioned way).
The only requirement is that the members turn in some ore (generally
not too much) to help defray the time and cost of building the items.
Note that the turnin does not require any gems or stones nor does it
help with any of the 'bonus' items so I am NOT making money on this
deal. :)
I have initially defined some requirements in order to limit the
number of applicants :)
- must be Human Pally
- must be lower than lvl 20 to join (in other words, you HAVE to climb
up the ranks).
- the 'initiation fee' is 80 copper and 30 tin (either ores or bars)
- mining is recommended
As I mentioned earlier, if you have a higher alt or alternative source
of income, then this is probably not what you need or want. If you
are interested in getting free runs through instances, then this is
probably not the guild you are looking for. If you are looking to
gain 10 levels a week, then please don't apply. :)
Low key, modest, no pressure. WoW without stress.
Anyway, for those still interested, the web page is:

Ocreatus is the guild master, and can be found on Ravenholdt. I've
been 'running' him through the levels to verify that the rewards and
quests are 'appropriate' for his current level.
Corrections, suggestions, and modifications are appreciated.
Criticisms will probaby get you /spit (I have it on a macro) :)
