I've concluded that Jamie & JohnR won't be happy until Blizzard puts

Not going to killfile anyone - I reserve that for people who are
blatantly offensive or just plain off-topic. While Jamie and JohnR
are persistent, I think it's inappropriate to killfile someone just
because we disagree.
