I know but 5 levels on full rest must mean 3.5 levels came from quest
turn-ins and only 1.5 levels came from kills. I find that hard the

You picked up 2.4+ million XP in mob kills? =A0One of the interesting
features of rest XP is that the further you push it out, the more it's
worth, since it's a percentage of a value that increases with each
level. =A0Also consider that you pick up 1 bubble of XP for every 8
hours of rested time. =A0Even if you pulled a full 8 hours a day of play
time, you'd be picking up 2 bubbles per night, which is going to be
around 150k XP - probably 60 - 70 kills or more.
My hunter had been shelved for a month prior to Wrath and had full
150% rested when I started leveling her. She made it to 79 without
ever dropping below 90% rested left. Only from 79 to 80, as I
approached the cap, did the percentage start dropping significantly.
My two pacifist characters don't kill mobs, so they always have
full rested XP from about level 2 onwards, which is also totally
worthless to them.
