Very true. If it's been a long time, risk it and do a deep thrust, because
you can't really finish this with just the normal stabs before you reach a
point where you can't adjust your grip fast enough. *
Yeah, also as a note if you're a class that can cast heal over times etc
you can do that directly after throwing the spear, before the drake
grabs you, and so that counrters the first swipe you get (as a priest I
cast shield and prayer of mending before it picks me up), so then for
the first few seconds you don't even need to worry about dodging, just
stab away. Obviously doesn't help most classes but healers can benefit!
Hm, my herbalist hunter might be lucky then. Must try if that works.
