Oh Oh Orion, you answered your own question ;-)

2 on the bottom left (Main Action Bar) (Default is Shift+1 and Shift+2
to access them)
1 on the bottom left (above MAB)
1 on the bottom right
2 vertical on the right

If you scroll through bars 4-6 on the MAB, you'll notice that they're
identical in button layout to the 4 (bottom left, bottom right,
vertical rightx2) that you can add to the screen.
