I can't believe it. I just logged in to my account today, and it said I was
eligible to try a 10 day Burning Crusade free trial, even though I have
already been on the Burning Crusade trial previously! I clicked accept, and
I now have 10 days of FREE playing time, even though my subscription is
inactive :)) I'm back baby!!!!!!!!
so you're happy you get to play a game that's years behind the current
game that pretty much no one plays seriously anymore?
and this is suppost to be intresting?
the fact is TBC is dated ... the only people that are really going to
be there will be DKs and the people that roll alts to rush for WoTLK
95% of those people will be gone in a week or so to WoTLK
so unless you want to constantly play and level alone in the old
content ... by all means ... play TBC
also on another note....
were you the one that complained that TBC was overpriced?
that WoW the Original was cheaper then TBC so as that you weren't
going to play it or WoW simply because you felt that an expansion
should cost less then the original game
even though both games have been out for years and the millions of
people that play currently have moved on to yet another expansion
which in my theory ... you'll be playing when were in the 3rd
expansion and even then you'll complain it's very expensive and why
should you have to pay for dated material whereas it should be free
let's face the facts WoW will never be as cheap as you want it to
be ... and so long as you won't come to realize that ... you'll always
be one or two steps behind the big boys with the new toys
Ignore the troll. I've dealt with his type of cheap ass before when I
worked in customer service. Everything is always too expensive, even
when there is a deal on it. Does whatever he can to try and get stuff
for free. My parents were like this and I hated it. While all my
friends were playing Nintendo, I was still playing an old Atari. By
the time I actually got a Nintendo, Super Nintendo was just around the
corner.
Its also certain that if the shoe was on the other foot, and someone
was trying to cheat him out of his own money, he'd be raising all
hell. Yet he has no problem trying to cheat companies out of their
income.
Ignore him, eventually he will exhaust the TBC content, do a 10-day
free trial of WotLK, then cancel his subscription until he can
purchase WotLK for $10, by which point, like you mentioned, we will
all be on to another expansion. Rather than spend a few dollars,
which over the course of a lifetime of income would be insignificant,
to play now, he'd rather wait until everyone else has passed over the
content and get it for cheap. Let him, and ignore his troll posts.
