The first boss' gauntlet is indeed brutal.

You want DPS to burn down the taunt-immune Skirmishers first, while
also tanking the casters. Tanking of course requires melee
range. Normally you'd tank at each pull's caster, but that won't work
here because of the other pulls and the boss. Thus, use line of sight,
via the corner in the tunnel that enters the boss' cavern, to force
each entire pull to you.[1] Focus fire priority is
Skirmisher/caster/Warrior/Warden.

An alternative to line of sight is to use a death knight's Death
Grip. This is preferable because it slightly speeds up each pull, and
the window before the next pull automatically triggers is tight enough
that every second counts. For the same reason, Repentance, Shackle, or
Freezing Arrow on the caster is not ideal because this means any
multiple-target attacks won't also damage it.

So if some1 have any good tip for this I would really appreciate,
cause I really need that +111STA trinket :-)

Me too!

(It's not the most-pressing item on my want list, as I've already
reached 27.8K unbuffed health with uncrittability without ever having
stepped in a raid, but 54 more STA is always, always welcome.)

Boss #2, the one who drops the trinket, is pretty straightforward, as
there are no Skirmishers or casters. Boss #3 in heroic is again very,
very demanding, but I'll let you find out just how much yourself.

[1] I really need to write up a post on AoE tanking, including line of
sight, one of these days. Another nifty place for line of sight is the
penultimate trash pull before the time-stop boss in old Stratholme,
the one where two groups of two enemies box Arthas in a hallway. Have
the party duck around the corner at either end, tank the near group,
and Righteous Defense Arthas. This forces the far group to come to
you, with Arthas trailing behind.
