No. Remember the two criterea for all spam:

1. Unsolicited
2. Commercial in nature.

Um, no. First off, chat spam is not email spam. Secondly, email spam does
not have to be commercial. It just has to be the same thing many times.

The phrase "spam" in chat actually has a much longer history than it does
in email. It's a least a decade older than Canter and Siegel there. *
