Since the new patch my FPS has dropped dramaticaly.
Its not that its constantly low, its more like sudden ''drops'' from 60-ish
to like 5 fps, especialy when i rotate the camera or something. It doesnt
matter if im in shattrah or somewhere in the open, its happening all the
time.
Anyone else experiencing this?

Im playing on an intel quad core, 4 gb ram, nvidia 8800gt

It's the shadows they added, perhaps. Turn them down/off and see it it
makes any difference. A lot of people are complaining. but Blizzard did
warn they were drastically upgrading the graphics in WOTLK.

I'm trying to run 5 WoWs on the same PC - after the patch, when I'd
loaded all 5 I couldn't even move! It was horrible.

I turned off the shadows (and also turned a couple of other graphic
details down) and now it's as smooth as silk!
