Okay, folks, I'm at the end of my knowledge. I don't have access to my
nephew's computer for an updated dxdiag dump, but it can't be that much
different than before. WoW works fine so long as you delete the WTF,
Cache
and Interface folder first and let the opening movies run (you can quit
out
of them, they just have to start up). A reinstall didn't solve this
problem. The video card is not damaged, and it's not overheating. What
the
hell is the problem?!?

If all else fails, grab your windows install disk and format the hd then
reinstall windows and then the game and see what happens, I know this is the
lazy way out, but when I use to work at a computer shop, my boss said this
is the fastest way to fix the problem and to get the computer back out, of
course I would first uninstall the drivers, then reinstall them, if that
didn't work then I would trade out the video card, then reinstall the
drivers, if it still had a problem then I would install a second hd, copy
all of the people's stuff over to the hd, then format the main and do a
complete reinstall, you would be amazed by how many times that fixed the
problem....
