My first suggestion is to update your video driver to the latest
version. If you think all your software is up to date, then you might
want to consider updating the BIOS firmware on the graphics card or
motherboard (if there is a newer release available).

Thank you, good suggestions, but I have already done all of that.

Unless I missed it, it would be helpful to have more information. Do
you play other games without a problem? Do you use any resource
hungry non-game programs that might give Windows a workout?

From your previous posts, I ascertain that

1. This is a newly built system.
2. When WoW locks it's a hard lock requiring a physical reboot to
escape.
3. You've updated drivers, BIOS, etc.

A hard lockup definitely sounds like a hardware issue. Some details
on your actual assembly would helpful. Typically issues with
homebuilt systems fall into 3 categories:

1. Power - Is your PS large enough and of reputable manufacture?
2. Heat - Can you get any readings on the operating tempuratures of
your CPU, RAM, HD, and video card? Download and install Motherboard
Monitor so you can monitor your system temps easily.
3. Bad Hardware - Just because it boots up into Windows doen't mean
everything works 100%. Scan your HD for errors. Download and run
memtest to verify your RAM isn't flakey.

You can find newsgroups dedicated to the various motherboard
manufacturers. Often times there are problems uncovered with
incompatibilities between different pieces of hardware (MBs and RAM
for example) that you would be able to find out about there.
