What exactly ARE you doing?

Dont know if you will agree with me or not - but I posted this on the

realm?

Its getting worse.... MUCH worse - and I really fail to see why you
appear to be so inept in dealing with it? I see the public statements
- that you have banned X thousand accounts - but to be honest,
whetever you are doing, it is completely ineffective.

Every day - the common channels (Trade, general etc) are being swamped
with compele spam and its getting WAY beyond a joke. You REALLY need
to get a grip on it.

What I really dont understand is.... how difficult can it be? If you
required a Credit card from each account - even if trial, then if a GM
sits on the realm for an hour - with a simple button... right click on
name ... ban, job done - all accounts on that credit card banned - no
more accepted . On my realm... 1 hour = hundreds of banned accounts,
and not just banned accounts - but banned Credit cards, which are much
more difficult to replace. The spammers would soon run out?

If that does not work - ban Trial accounts from posting in
General/Tradre channels etc.

I make extensive use of the "report" feature - but see no tangible
improve - what do you actually do with those reports? Someone saitd
that all you do is in effect ignore them for the session, but I was
sure a company of Blizzards standing would be doing MUCH more?

To be honest - your credability is really on the line here - I have
cut you some slack - but you are at the end on the line.

Dont even reply with explanations (excuses) as there really are not
any acceptables ones avaailable to you. You REALLY do need to get it
sorted - and NOW, whatever it takes.

To tell you the truth - I am looking at Wot LK as a bit of a watershed
- you will make all my effort and T5/T6 gear less effective than green
gear in the expansion - so we all back to a common base - and I really
not sure I can face the grind all over again. So may be it is a good
opportinity to make a break.

A large part of that decision will be whats happening with spam and
the general

Tbh I am less interested in a reply - im MUCH more interested in
tangible action
