I think the problem is that the 20-slot "soul pouch" is very reasonable in
cost compared to the 24-slot or 28-slot bag. Personally I ran with the 20-
slot puch all the way up until when I joined my guild, and a guildie with
excess mats mailed me a free Ebon Shadowbag to replace it.

When it comes right down to it, if I'd had to actually buy the thing, I would
have spent the money upgrading all of my normal bags from 16-slot to 18-slot
before getting around to upgrading the shard bag.

For leveling, definitely. But there is also a shortage of people
selling the 20-slot soul pouch on my server. Perhaps I should look
into this next. So far I have a lot of whispers showing people are
interested in a large capacity soulshard bag, but I haven't found a
price people are willing to pay.
