Limited supply. If he only had one or two nethers, then he might not
let them go for a competitive price.

I routinely carry 10-15 Fel Lotus on me, and I'd probably sell one for
10g even though the market price is nearer 15g. If I only had 2,
though, I would probably ask 20g for them and if you can find a
cheaper one then good luck.
