You must be new here. This happens with every patch. A check of the
archives at Google Groups would show that.

Did you play on the PTR? If not, you have no place to complain. The only
way they can test their code is with real players on the PTR, and if people
don't go shake out the bugs there, then they're left in the code for the
non-testers to find.

I firmly believe that 95% of the people on the PTR aren't actually
"testing" so much as creating a level 70 raid geared character so they
don't have to level up a new class from 1 to 70 just to see what its
like. My brother is one of these people. He made a rogue, stealthed
around Stormwind, and randomly sapped people around the city.

Then there are raiders who sign up for the PTR when a new raid
instance is coming so they can learn the encounters before they go
live. This at least helps to test the new content being added.
