Maybe I never had an install disc. I seem to remember I downloaded the
client, but I'm not sure. Is it possible to download the 10-day trial and
put in my current login and password and play with no restrictions? That

Yup. The code and everything is the same no matter what. It's only
the account type that determines if you're playing the full version or
a trial version. Which is why picking up a trial version of WoW on
DVD for a couple of dollars is so nice. You can install the game from
that without having to play around swapping CD's around then just use
the key from a full version to create your account. And if you've
already got an account, you don't have to do anything. Just install
from where ever, Cd, DVD, download and start playing (after installing
any patches needed)
