How do I turn off Cartographer's foglight? or open the menu?

How do I turn off the foglight in Cartographer? (I like to know where I have
NOT been.)

I tried clicking the button on the map to open the menu but it won't open. I
can't find any instructions. It says in Addons window when logging in that
it's Ace2, but on WowInteface it says Cartographer is a stand-alone, because
I didn't download any separate Ace2 file(s).

I previously installed Titan Panel, Auctioneer and Enchantrix on a Windows
XP with 1.25g RAM pc.
