The buff is great... the leader of the pack specially improved one, but motw
is a buff anyone can live without, BOK is a great buff and gives 2+ times
more stats than motw.

BoK stacks with MotW.

Also, you're forgetting Thorns. It may not seem like much, but all that
little extra damage adds up.

So does the threat. It should only be on the tank.
