I'm quite sure a lvl 46 should be able to solo DM, I think almost any

Yeah, level 46 should have been doable. At that level,
getting unwanted aggro really isn't a problem, and even
the armor from cloth is substantial. If you get too
many, then put on mana shield or ice barrier and use
a bandage. You should be able to wand some of the
elites without worries, maybe even practice staff
swinging.
The snag though, is in knowing what to do. Just go
back and try again after dying and try a different
tactic. Ie, if you accidentally pulled too many
goblins, then next time it'll be much easier since
you won't have the same accident.
When you pull, do it from a distance so that they
won't run and alert others. Then frost nova and
back up some more. Van Cleef may be tricky, since
he keeps summoning adds until he's down. But
frost nova can help there probably.
I've done this with a 35 paladin, 41 rogue, and
45 hunter, and it was straight forward with all
of them. Don't have a caster high enough to try
this yet though. The funniest part was when a
level 70 mage led a group though, and at places
he was running full speed casting arcane explosion
to kill things without slowing...
For Uldaman, not a clue.
A full group of 46's may not be able to defeat the
final Uldaman boss without practice. Though a 46
would be able to do the early troggs and maybe get
to the enchant trainer.
I took a 56 hunter in there yesterday, and it was
a bit slow going. I gave up after the enchant
trainer because I was getting bored and my bags
were full, then killed the obsidian sentinel and
went out the back door. Didn't try the earthen
guys. The scorpions swarms were fun, but tricky
to handle since my health dropped quickly; once,
my feign death on them was resisted by several
and I was running in circles for awhile until its
cooldown was up.
I've completed Razorfen Downs, which was fun. It
was very slow though, with lots of drinking and
resting. Got to see new bosses which was nice
(dancing skeletons killed me the first time, til
I learned that my puny AoEs were enough to take
them out).
Scarlet Monastery was not hard, but even slower
going. The loot in the cathedral wasn't that
good really, and it took so long to do that I'm
not all that interested in going back soon except
to help a friend (I was getting a few respawns
in the building before I had cleared it).
Gnomeregan was great though. Lots of green drops
compared to the others, plus a mailbox and vendor
to keep my bags empty.
I ask because I went into Zul'Farrack with a lvl70 hunter and he justowned
the place, I didn't get a look in.
The levels in Outlands don't really match linearly
with levels 1-60. Being level 70 seems more like
level 80, especially in terms of gear.
Don't forget that level differences also affects
aggro. You will be much more likely to pull one
enemy at a time if you want to, or at least a minimum
group if they're linked together.
