of funny when I remember it now. Since I didn't play any warcraft game
before and have no idea what is going on... Anyway I want to share my
first experience with you. And I would love to read your experience

Ok here we go.
My younger brother introduced me to the game. I noticed how he quit
playstation and xbox for this game so I was curious. He was telling me
it was cool and stuff like that. Then when I was bored with my
playstaiton 2 games I decided to try MMORPG for a change. So I bought
the game and a 2 months game card.
Gameplay:
Figuring out the game play was no problem since my brother allowed me
to play his character a few times until I undrestood the mechanics of
the game
Class/Faction:
Now I started the game for the first time on my PC. I was watching the
intro video for the first time. And the Infernal part made m body
shiver. So I called my brother asking him about it. He told me that a
warlock can summon this monster. So it was a final decision for me...
I will have a warlock..... So I rolled an Undead worlock. got the few
starting quests until I learned to summon.... Then came that little
annoying imp "WHAT". Where is that big monster???? What is this little
THING???.. I called my brother cursing blizzard and saying some stuff
that would go censored. Then he explained to me that I need to reach
level 50.... knowing that it will take some time since he was then
level 30 and it took a long time for him I deleted the character
believing that I was cheated into getting a warlock ((what else you
expect from a noob back then)).
Then I went on checking all classes and reading them throughly. When I
tested my brother's warrior I wanted to have a melee class but
warriors were too slow in attacking for me so I went for a human
Rogue.
Professions:
My brother told me that skinning and leatherworking are typical profs
for a rogue. but no.. I want to craft weapons... Blacksmithing will be
my prof... So I chose mining/BS. I was gathering a lot of copper ore.
But something was terrible wrong.. I was wondering why can't I craft
anything with BS when I have a lot of ore. I was so frustrated and I
was cursing again and again. And I was selling ores to a vendor
((noob))... Then one day my brother came to my house and saw my BS
level is 1 while mining was 20+. He asked me why didn't I craft any BS
items... I said that I can't even though I gathered alot of copper
ores... He told me "SMELT THEM FIRST"... I said "Oh that's why"
Instances:
nothing to say except that I figured out there is something called
Deadmines when I was level 28. Back then I was wondering what is "LFG"
and what the hell is "DM"?
These are some of my noob moments. Hope to hear some of your stories
My first char is quite proudly still my main (Undead Warlock :), but I
remember wandering into WPL only to see this huge bear with rotting
parts start to run at me and wipe me with a single hit, but easily the
most noobish moment was trying to pause the game during a fight
because my dinner was ready.... which was followed by "WTF!? why is
this not pausing?" :-)
