Help Gnomeregan

Hello,

Lvl 36th Priest trying to do Gnomeregan. Those Elite Caverndeep
Reaver are tough enough, but when I get attack by more than two, I am
pretty much done.

Can I make it on my own or should I be in a group for all the quests?
