(3) Any warrior that wears a mix of DPS/tank gear instead of carrying two

At high levels I hope. At low levels no one but
twinks can afford two sets of stuff; except for
the obligatory 2-hander, 1-hander, and shield.

I don't buy different sets of gear but I start developing different
sets of gear for different purposes from the get-go. Some stuff you
get is better suited for one role or another. It helps to be able to
give your characters 16 slot bags from day 1 though. That's not
twinking in my book, just necessity. :)

(6) Any DPS class who falls behind the tank in damage (yes, this actually
happens)

Heck, the clueless people are the ones who even
*have* the DPS meters out and running all the time.
There's more to effectiveness than raw damage.

I always have a meter running, primarily to gauge my own effectiveness
and to be better evaluate the claims of others. I don't spam it to
show off but will post it to the group if asked. Sometimes the
results are surprising if you've got a dps slacker (for whatever
reason, gear, skill, etc) in the group. The one I use (SWSTATS) isn't
just a damage meter though. It can show almost anything you can think
of. Healers often like to see some validation from a healing meter
and tanks like to see the damage taken. And of course in a guild raid
setting, it can help identify players that need help with their
damage/healing output (hopefully done in a constructive fashion rather
than simply replacing them immediately).
