Heroic dungeons guide ?

Anyone found some guide for heroic mode instances ?
For example last night we tried botanica for the first time and the second
pull was a wipe on the robot that looks like Curator. He started hitting me
(druid with 21k armor and 14k hp without priest buff) for like 5k every 2
sec, I didn't last very long as you can immagine, then we went to mechanar
first time and did it all (wow 5 badges in there since the mini bosses drop
1 too :)). Later after some research I found out that the mob from botanica
actually hits with arcane dmg (so armor doesnt mitigate dmg) and without
good arcane res you can't make it. So a guide for those places would be
really nice since some pulls can be harder than the bosses. Anyone know any
?
