Still don't get it. How is Blizzard at fault here? Maybe the server
connection just faulted for a second. Or the other guy's/gal's
connection hiccupped. Or anyone of a million other things could have
happened.

You and I have two radically different views of the phrase 'fucked up'. In
my view, a *** up is a when a MAJOR mistake is made. Part of that view is
the add-on of the person who made the mistake NOT admitting anything wrong
has occurred. In other words, Blizzard does ban this account for bogus
reasons and then they never admit that they did it for bogus reasons (like
reporting too much). Or they never give a reason. Just, 'you're banned.
quit calling us.' That is a *** up.

This was a simple mistake with no bad ramifications. The GM easily admitted
his/her error and there was/will be no change in account status or billing.
No harm. No foul. No ambulances or fire trucks needed.
