One other thing, I believe this is considered a terrain exploit, and
can get you suspended if the horde are smart enough to report you. The
game I was in where one of the ally guys kept going up there, I think
they figured it out and just let us take their flag for the third cap
as they realized that they couldn't beat us as long as he kept doing
it. Problem for them was, it was a different person who picked up the
flag and that person had been talking about how unethical it was, so I
don't think he would have taken that advantage.

All you have to do is wait for him/her to try and jump down to cap.
have rogue cheapshot or hunter drop trap, tada dead flag carrier. Had
someone trying to hide the flag this way and everytime they tried to
jump down we ended their life beefore they made it 5 feet.

I find the flag hiders almost everytime and am able to kill them about
90% of the time before they have a chance to move very far. Being a
rogue it is easy, hint be an engineer:)
