N. Elf Warrior-WHY is my damage reduced??

I have a level 24 night elf warrior. For some reason, my damage in both
melee and ranged is multiplied by .9 so effectively is down 10% and of
course is in red.

I tried unequipping every single item, all armor and weapons, and the damage
is still red--so there isn't any item causing this. I do not have any
debuffs affecting me.

My skill point distribution is 5 pts. in cruelty, 5 in unbridled wrath, 3 in
improved cleave and 2 in blood craze.

I recently unlearned my talents in order to redistribute them--but that
doesn't reduce damage as far as I know. What's causing the reduced damage??
