It's worse than that. It adds a maximum of 26 hps onto a heal depending on
base casting time (independent of castime reducing talents). A spell that
casts in 3.5 seconds or more will get full benefit. A spell that casts
quicker will benefit less based on the formula 26*castime/3.5 down to
1.5seconds minimum. The reason why that staff seems so shitty is because
its damage and healing. If it was just healing it would likely be 2x as
strong. What you have is really a nuker staff despite its stated add to
healing.


that's insane... my full heal can do 2000 pts of healing. So this
staff adds about 1.5% to that??? Even if you doubled it it still
seems pretty worthless.
