There is an Argent Dawn NPC in the eastern plaguelands that tells
for each zone how many necropolis remain. As he doesn't say
crystals or so, I _assume_ when for every zone the necropolis
counter turns to zero, the event is over.
Thats not true. If in a zone an attack was countered and all
necropoles (the area around a crystall, where the undead spawn)
are gone, they come back a day or so later. So I think, that
event has a durability, but I dont know when it is over. At
least it lasts another week until the next patch day.
