i made a opointment to the doctor but didnt go,
he doesnt care either sins he didnt ask why i not go.

Make another appointment. Get your family and/or friends involved so they
can help you make sure you go to it. There may be a place you can check
yourself into for a few days for round-the-clock help if needed.
