even more video cards

i'll take a turn at begging for help. i'm getting 15-20 FPS max, as
low as 3-5 in bad spots. i know that my video card is total garbage
and needs to be upgraded. here's my basic specs:

AMD Athlon XP 3200+ Processor
1.5 GB PC2700 DDR Memory
NVIDIA GeForce 4 MX Integrated Graphics with 128MB Shared Memory

i've gone looking around, and i keep hearing that ATIs have problems
with WoW, and that their driver tools kind of suck. i also hear that
the newer GeForce cards have problems with... themselves: artifacting,
death after a few months, lack of WHQL certified drivers, etc. so
what's a WoW addict to do?

i'm not willing to spend more than around $200 to upgrade, because WoW
is the only application i run that even gives a hoot about video.
everything else is text-box this, DOS-box that. i also do not have
PCIe -- only an 8x AGP (**not** AGP pro) slot -- and the rest of my
system is fine, so i'm not willing to build a new system just to make
room for a PCIe card.

i'd really appreciate some concrete recommendations for a specific card
suitable for my system.
