Changing the graficcard solved the problem and WOW is running
perfect now!

Very cool. The obvious choice, the video card. I should have suggested
it in my first reply. Thanks for posting the result. Many times you never
hear from the OP again & we are left wondering what was the cause & fix.
That rig should give you very good performance in WoW. Have fun!
