But I guess he asking if he can change look of environment on *His*
machine, which I guess could be possible, since, as you say, its is
all stored locally.
I would expect it would just be the look - and not the physical layout
- so you could make it LOOK like there is a bridge across a chasm, but
if you tried to use it you would still fall down the chasm according
to the WoW servers "view".
IMHO, its difficult to imagine a bigger waste of time, and if you get
it wrong and the servers detect something - you may look like a hacker
and get your account banned.
