Your standing in your faction on your server determines how many points you get added onto a ranking score. This score is not visible through the UI but can be seen on Blizzard's PvP ranking page.

So all ranking is entirely controlled by how you compare to the rest of your faction, there is no number any of us can tell you.

btw kills are meaningless, it is only honor points that matter for determining your standing. Oh, one slight exception, if you don't get 25 kills in a week, you are considered as "not having PvP'ed" and your standing will not be calculated.
