Depends on your definition of high end, I guess. I've seen one BOE
fist weapon drop off of a named in Maraudon, I think it was from the
last guy you have to kill for the teleporter staff quest. Don't recall
how good it was, , not good enough to keep. We ended up mailing it to
a guildie who was playing about the same build you're working on.
More recently, I saw a 36 DPS fist weapon drop in BRD, Bloodfist. It's
actually a pretty nice tanking weapon, fast and you don't have to
worry about being disarmed.

I doubt you'd have a problem as long as you're willing to bite the
bullet and equip some better (non-fist) weapons for your raids. If
you're going to sell yourself as a DPS warrior for pickup raids, you
can't really gimp yourself with sub-par weapons
