Is there a site listing guilds?

Sometimes I happen to share quests / group / raid with particulartly
nice or good players.
I would like to be able to research on their guilds in order to move
in with them (I'm with a good guild now but it's Italian-only and this
is sometimes a limit).
Anyone knows if any page or forums lists all guilds that have some web
site up?
