I usually switch between zones a lot, trying to fit in as many quests as
possible. There are in fact too many quests to do them all before some turn
gray, so I end up skipping some. Its only when they are at the very lowest
green that you actually earn less xp from them, and the ease at questing
makes up for the reduced xp of the mobs.

I levelled my priest to 60 in 11 days played time doing it this way. If you
think thats slow then dont take my advice.
