compaq r4000 amd 64 with ATI Radeon xpress 200m

Has anyone had any luck running WOW on a compaq r4000 with AMD 64 and a
ATI Radeon xpress 200m?
I played my free month long ago and was going to start my account back
up but I am not sure if it will run on my new computer. I was playing
city of heroes but it wont run on my new machine. Well it will run but
its realy choppy.
So I installed wow with no problems and ran all the updates but before
I spend money to reactivate my account I would like to know if it will
actually work and be playable.
Games I can play include Half Life 2 and Counter Strike, Americas Army
and Everquest runs really nice. But City of Heroes will not and I have
heard that Doom 3 wont run but have not tried it.
