Yup.

As a horde I can tell you that I laugh at most paladins - sure, their
hammer stun is annoying, but as a priest I can just stand there and
take their hits while shielding and healing myself and my team. They
suck and never get anything done - it mostly ends up with them being
last standing, and then getting owned by my entire team (interruped by
a bubble -> heal -> wait -> bubble runs out -> die in seconds -> pally
runs to forums and whines that his class sucks, and that shamans
should get nerfed).

However a support paladin... 0_0
Well, thankfully they are rare - most prefer the ineffectual
wannabe-rambo-rogue approach.
A support paladin never dies - he stays alive _and keeps his team
alive_ so long that we get outlasted and owned. And don't even get me
started on the paladin+add (or pally+pally *shivers*) flag defend
teams in AB - you need half your team to take those out before the
rest of their team gets there as reinforcements, and in the meantime
they can run around and prevent you from capping the flag with their
(minor) damage.

Agreed - well, you cannot cure sap :( - but you can cure Freezing Trap
and Polymorph (and Fear?).

Ooh, sounds nice. I think I missed that part - can you elaborate?
