About time they did something like this.

Yay!! Now this is a happy change. :)

Meh, I guess this makes the hat more like it was supposed to be, but
it is also a pretty big nerf - nobody wants to fight with that hat on.
It might make the staff better though since people (warlocks mostly)
actually want to use it for the stamina.

Hmm, help my memory out here - does this mean that all classes have
level 50 class quests now? Aren't mages still missing out?
