Same here, been 60 for 4 months or so.

Wrong, see my other post in this thread. Healing spells (especially on
multiple members and including yourself) generate a HUGE amount of
aggro, much bigger than damage can cause. I am not talking about bosses
here (where tank gets aggro solo for some time before battle), I am
talking about the normal trash mob encounters.

Since you are not primary healer you dont need tranq. end of story.

It isn't, as there are many cases (such as the snakes in ZG) where
multiple members of the party get damaged and it is MUCH easier to throw
an uninterruptible tranq and heal everyone than remove poison and then
rejuv every member of the party. In that case Tranquility is I believe
the most mana-efficient heal in the game.
